Our COVID-19 policy and actions

Whilst we cannot control the COVID-19 pandemic, we can undertake to do whatever is practical to ensure that our guests and our team stay as safe and healthy as possible whilst the virus is still a threat.  Our policy is outlined below and is based upon both French government guidelines PLUS the interpretation of the specialist legal teams at our Tourism Authority, Charentes Tourisme. 

We ask that all guests take a few moments to read the policy as it includes both useful information and requirements that need to be adhered to.  We have also included the current guidelines published by both the UK and French government to ensure our guests have as much information as possible and know what to do.  We also recommend that you check the latest travel restrictions wherever you are before setting off on your journey.
